Overall, the experience was very good. The teacher kept the course light and upbeat so the course was not boring. A lot of information was provided over a short period and a lot was learnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kick start has very knowledgeable teacher. Easy presentation of modules and coherent lectures, deep insight into Dutch grammar. I have attended stepping stone I module, it really did boost my confidence, now I am not afraid to talk among Dutch people anymore :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Kickstart from the moment I sent an enquiry for the Starterpack Dutch for beginners course (2nd Oct to 11th Dec) to the regular lectures has been amazing. They are very prompt and understanding. The professor (Arian Nieweg) is a wonderful teacher and an amazing person. She puts a lot of effort into making you comfortable, teaching the concepts and providing feedback. A lot of information was provided and a lot was learnt. She made a lot of effort to provide even extra material which would help us understand better. Overall I am very happy with the course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kickstart has good teachers, however the organisation is completely un-equipped to deal with students. I had covid and missed two lessons, and they made a big deal to give me these two lessons. In fact offered only one of them to redo. Their excuse is that teachers are freelancers. But then how does that become my problem? An individual course that you pay a lot, and you are completely disrespected in exceptional circumstances, like missing one because you were sick. I find this appalling, not client oriented, unprofessional and so on.
