Klantonvriendelijk als je haar laten weten dat je niet zo blij bent dat ze 3x afspraak maakt en 3x zonder tegenbericht niet nakomt!
Does not keep agreements / promises. When I say something about it, I get a big mouth and the true nature of the owner comes to the fore! Customer-friendly when you fill her purse! Customer unfriendly if you let her know that you are not so happy that she makes an appointment 3 times and does not fulfill 3 times without notice!
