Zo was mijn pakketje gisteren niet aangekomen.
Ik heb nogal negatieve ervaringen met PostNL, waarbij pakketjes ineens spoorloos zijn verdwenen ondanks t&t, en ben gelijk gaan bellen met
Kidz Specials. Ze denken met je mee, ondernemen actie en houden het zelf ook in de gaten.
Uiteindelijk is het pakketje net toch binnen gekomen en ik had al een appje van Linda dat het in de bus lag. Wij zijn er weer ontzettend blij mee!!!

Super nice clothes and very good service !!!
For example, my package had not arrived yesterday.
I have quite negative experiences with PostNL, where parcels suddenly disappeared without a trace despite t & t, and I immediately started calling
Kidz Specials. They think along with you, take action and keep an eye on it themselves.
In the end, the package just arrived and I already had an app from Linda that it was in the bus. We are very happy with it again !!!
