★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks dat ze het pakketje te laat hebben opgestuurd en vermoedelijk geen zaterdaglevering hebben geactiveerd, heb ik toch een goed gevoel bij dit bedrijf. Er wordt netjes en snel gereageerd op problemen. Terugbetaling super snel!
 Despite the fact that they sent the package too late and probably did not activate a Saturday delivery, I still have a good feeling about this company. There is a neat and fast response to problems. Reimbursement super fast!

Voor grote of zware online bestellingen is bezorging alleen mogelijk in de regio tot 15 km, terwijl dit nergens op de website vermeld word.
Beetje vreemde voorwaarde voor een online webshop maar oke.
Wellicht niet goed over na gedacht bij het maken van de website.
Maar in plaats van "bij eenmalige uitzondering" te leveren word op basis van deze onduidelijke voorwaarde de bestelling geannuleerd, het betaalde geld geretourneerd en is daarmee de kous voor Kieft Warenhuis af.
Ik vind het jammer dat Kieft Warenhuis dit na enig overleg niet op een nettere manier oplost.
Vanwege deze slechte service maar 1 ster helaas
Unfortunately experienced very bad service with an online order on the webshop of Kieft Warenhuis.
For large or heavy online orders, delivery is only possible in the region up to 15 km, while this is not mentioned anywhere on the website.
Bit strange condition for an online webshop but okay.
Perhaps not thought through when creating the website.
But instead of delivering "with one-off exception", the order is canceled on the basis of this unclear condition, the money paid is returned and that is the end of the business for Kieft Warenhuis.
I find it a pity that Kieft Warenhuis does not resolve this in a neater way after some consultation.
Because of this bad service only 1 star unfortunately
