Kiemkr8 leek me de juiste partner om hierin te helpen en dus koos ik ervoor om een traject aan te gaan. In de periode november 2019 - januari 2020 hebben we onder andere doelen, doelgroep(en), de markt en aansluitende diensten uitgediept. De modellen uit het werkboek en de online Kr8centrale bieden hier handige handvatten voor. Anne Marie heeft mij in twee uitgebreide sessies uitstekend begeleid in het toepassen van de modellen. Door het stellen van kritische vragen en het delen van ideeën kwamen we tot nieuwe inzichten. Dit vormde uiteindelijk de basis voor een stevige strategie. Het resultaat van dit traject is dat ik de koers van mijn bedrijf scherper voor ogen heb en daardoor strategisch slimmere keuzes kan maken. Ik ben ontzettend tevreden. Niet alleen over hoe Anne Marie te werk is gegaan, maar ook over wat dit traject mij heeft gebracht. Vanuit deze ervaring kan ik iedere ambitieuze ondernemer die zijn/haar bedrijf naar een hoger niveau wilt tillen aanbevelen om een businesstraject te volgen bij Kiemkr8.
