★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept of what Kiiroo is offering sounds great and it would be if they could deliver what they promise but they most definitely can’t. Your package will not come discreet, it will have the Kiiroo name on it and they only sell sex toys, and if it gets shipped across any border, all the contents MUST be displayed in detail (this was according to Kiiroo’s customer service after the fact) so when your package arrives everyone knows exactly what you bought including your kids if they get to it first.
The bigger issue is that the products don’t work as advertised. They biggest selling feature is that you can connect to videos or someone else’s toy via the feel connect app. The app doesn’t work, check the ratings on it in the App Store, it’s currently at 1.1 out of 5 and only because you have to put at least 1. Customer service has stated they are working on getting the issue corrected. The app has been out for TWO YEARS!!!! It has also been months of myself going back and forth with customer service and they have done nothing about either of these issues and the app still doesn’t work. Do not waste your money, they are advertising something they can’t deliver and they know it.
