★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravillo apartamento en una zona muy tranquila de Amsterdam. Cerca de metro, cafetería y supermercado. Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas cómodas. Salón muy amplio y cocina. Las escaleras son un poco estrechas pero hay ascensor. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en la ciudad
 Wonderful apartment in a very quiet area of Amsterdam. Near subway, cafeteria and supermarket. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Very spacious living room and kitchen. The stairs are a little narrow but there is an elevator. Highly recommended to spend a few days in the city

Situated on a quiet street, away from the mayhem but still close enough to walk anywhere within central Amsterdam. Highly recommended ?

The minute we arrived we could see it was VERY Long overdue for a spring clean - including the dishwasher, which we used, and which stank because nobody had properly cleaned the internal waste trap for a long time. The roof top furniture is minimal, filthy, and the parasol is broken and lon past being used. Desperately new blinds - which are in tatters, and the sofa is very grubby and looking like it has had some very hard use. The floor was gritty under our feet. I spent a good couple of hours making the place a little civilised. It needs new beds. The bedding was good, but the pillows and duvet have also had a hard time, and are not at all comfortable. The beds are very comfortable but then we read the guest book. It is clear the apartment has been used repeatedly as a drunken party venue - and more than one guest 'joked' about someone getting so drunk that they urinated in the bed. That really put us off. Overall assessment - an expensive let, and for that money I expected something of quality, not something resembling an old and worn out youth hostel. Very disappointed.
