Receive every possible imaginable service. I regularly managed to make a flight back to the Netherlands from New Zealand. Perfect!

B	Britt Lormans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben mijn buitenland (studie) avontuur begonnen bij Kilroy in Utrecht waar ik de beste hulp heb gehad die ik kon wensen ondanks alle moeilijke situaties rondom corona en Amerika en corona en nederland. helaas heeft de afdeling in nederland zich moeten sluiten waardoor ik supper ben overgedragen naar een afdeling in zweden waar ik ook heel erg top geholpen word. ik ga met volle moed 15 juli naar santa Barbra (mede dankzij margo met alle goeie info en hulp) met een vliegticket van Kilroy(dit was niet verplicht maar wel het meest voordelig) ook bij het vliegticket kopen en reserveren van stoelen werd ik ontzettend goed geholpen. I started my (study) adventure abroad at Kilroy in Utrecht where I had the best help I could wish for despite all the difficult situations surrounding corona and America and corona and the Netherlands. unfortunately the department in the netherlands had to close down, so I was transferred supper to a department in sweden where I am also very well helped. I am going to Santa Barbra with full courage on July 15th (thanks to margo with all the good info and help) with a plane ticket from Kilroy (this was not mandatory but the most advantageous) also buying the plane ticket and reserving seats I was very good assisted.

Ik heb een ticket geboekt met prima tijden en dan krijg ik opeens een mail van Kilroy dat de vliegtijden eenzijdig zijn gewijzigd (zeer ongunstig uitgevallen) door de betrokken vliegmaatschappij Alitalia. Voor mij was dit de eerste keer met Kilroy en Alitalia en ook zeker gelijk de laatste keer met deze prutsers. Just dredge. I have booked a ticket with good times and then I suddenly receive an email from Kilroy that the flight times have been unilaterally changed (very unfavorable) by the airline concerned, Alitalia. For me this was the first time with Kilroy and Alitalia and also the last time with these bunglers.
B	Ben Salome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is poor, they tell you a ticket is lost because you did not fly at the time you was to fly while at the same time you had send them email as they request one week earlier to change the flight date due to the airports were closing down from pandemic.

I was abroad when COVID-19 happend and Lennert was very helpful. Even tough it was very busy I presume, I never had to wait a long time for a reply. I had a lot of changes/cancellations in my flight schedule, but there was always a new option or a quick phone call to help me organise an alternative. Thanks so much for all the help. I would definitetly book again with Kilroy :)

The flight was cancelled due to covid-19 and it has been 8 months now and we haven't heard anything about our refund status. We asked many times about the refund or possibility of rebooking the flight and no response. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. Pay a little extra and buy a ticket from the airline directly.
