De manier van communicatie van de aanemer/ vertegenwoordiger (?) tijdens de afspraak was niet klantvriendelijk. Wij hadden meer het gevoel dat hij geen zin in had ons te helpen.
Nadat wij hem hadden uitgelegd wat precies het probleem is (lekkage) vroeg hij: "En wat moeten wij hier doen?". Ik dacht: Hallo? Jij bent de vakman, ik vraag jou om advies.
Toen keek hij ook eindelijk specifieker en vroeg aan ons "Moeten wij dat echt doen of willen jullie dat niet liever zelf?". Ik dacht: Wat is dat dan voor een vraag? Zou ik jullie anders vragen?
Na de afspraak kregen wij wel nog een advies via email. Maar ook hier hadden wij meer het gevoel dat hij met een maatje schrijvt, dan met een klant.
Onze opdracht ging daarom ook na een andere bedrijf.

After we explained to him what exactly the problem is (leakage) he asked: "And what should we do here?" I thought, Hello? You are the professional, I ask you for advice.
Then he finally looked more specifically and asked us "Do we really have to do that or would you rather not do that yourself?". I thought, What kind of question is that? Would I ask you otherwise?
After the appointment, we did receive advice via email. But here too we had the feeling that he is writing with a buddy, than with a customer.
Our assignment therefore also went after another company.
