D	Denise Giglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all was not friendly at all,the guy didn’t even introduce himself and overall not a welcoming behavior.I spent 109 euro for a color that is gone after literally 2 washes,very poor techniques and skills(I have a better result when I do it at home).I do not recommend this place because beside the awesome interior design the service was one of the lowest in Amsterdam.

I went there again to give them a second chance. I ask them to put me 2 colors on my hair and they split some one of the color to the other side of the hair accidentally. I had a strange shape in my hair on another color I did not ask and they don’t even repair it or told me to come back to . Really rude!

First time the hairdresser (Bas) was a bit conservative with the color but also told me some things I didn't knew like I cannot do the coloring without bleaching and because I have white hair he advise me to do a bit darker on top. He was very straightforward and in the second time it got even more red which I liked! So I guess with time it can get better and better! The staff is kind and the place is accessible but if go by car it can be hard to find parking. If you have a disability you can park at Reade and walk a bit. That's why I will give 4 stars instead 5. I suggest you go there always with same person. You have to schedule with a lot of advance.
