Yes it is rather expensive but they can cut your hair very well!

I've been going to this hairdresser for years and never have I ever left disappointed!

Lovely people, nice and friendly. But most important, they are great at what they do!

I had the worst experience of bleaching hair here. It is only my experience and I don't know how they behave with other people. Maybe it is just because I don't know Dutch. Spoiler - they damaged my long hair, didn't let me pay, and go home before I buy their hair mask. At that moment I have really long hair (waist-length hair). The consultation took only 5 min before the process. An experienced hairdresser talked with me and delegate all work to the young hairdresser. For start, the salon's chair doesn't rise, so all the process wasn't comforting for me and the young hairdresser (she is tall, and I really short). The young hairdresser didn't brush hair well, didn't separate hair for sections before bleaching. She smeared a bleaching substance to put hair together instead use barrette. All processes looked clumsily and carelessly. After applying the bleaching substance, the hairdresser left me more for 10 min and didn't check even the timer rang. So I set and looked at how my hair was damaging. My hair is very sensitive to bleach and the process went fast. But I was waiting for the hairdresser. But after a strand of hair torn in my hand, I couldn't wait more and asked to remove the bleaching substance. Also, there left a streak of badly dyed hair. They tried to clean it with bleaching but I didn't wait enough time to save hair. I already saw that my hair was really damaged but hairdressers tried to assure me that after applying the tinting agent my hair will be better. And it didn't get any better. I almost cried when the young hair dresser dried my hair. And after all of this, I just wanted to go home. But the experienced hairdresser didn't want to let me pay and go home in "this condition" so she offered me their hair mask. And guess what? I paid for this mask! It was so so rude! I cried and just asked let me pay and go home but she asked me how she can help me? What did they want to do more after they damaged my so long hair?? Just forced me to buy their mask! I was so upset about all of these things that I didn't have enough strength to leave this comment before.  Now I spend a lot of money to keep my hair in normal condition and I still should cut them. Also,  I am scared to go to the other salon too so I bleach my hair by myself.
