'Met deze voucher krijg je bij aankoop van een warme drank én een American Cookie de 2e warme drank naar keuze en een American Cookie gratis t.w.v. max. €4,30. De voucher is direct vanaf je telefoon te scannen bij Kiosk. Je hoeft deze voucher dus niet uit te printen.' Deze Treinpakker stond op mijn telefoon klaar om te worden gescand. 'Mevrouw, dit had u moeten printen', zei de medewerkster en ook nadat ze (zuchtend) de tekst had gelezen, was ze niet op andere gedachten te brengen. Niet héél erg maar wel een beetje jammer dit :-( Hopelijk weet ze inmiddels dat printen écht niet meer hoeft?
My experience with this kiosk and staff is always completely fine, but on Wednesday evening at 9.13 pm it was slightly less ... 'With this voucher you get the 2nd hot drink of your choice and an American cookie when you purchase a hot drink and an American Cookie Cookie free worth max. € 4.30. The voucher can be scanned directly from your phone at Kiosk. So you don't have to print this voucher. " This Train Packer was on my phone ready to be scanned. "Madam, you should have printed this," the employee said, and even after reading the text (sighing), she could not be changed. Not very bad but a bit of a shame this :-( Hopefully she now knows that printing really is no longer necessary?
