Wat ik wel jammer vond is dat er geen pinnetjes bij zaten voor mij horloge, gelukkig had ik ze nog, maar als ik die niet had, wat had ik dan moeten doen.... Excellent service, order came with a personal card. What I did regret is that there were no pins for my watch, luckily I still had them, but if I didn't have them, what should I have done....

Zou maximaal 14 dagen duren (wat ik sowieso al belachelijk lang vind als het om een fout van de winkel gaat), inmiddels zijn de 14 dagen om maar nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. Aan andere reviews te zien ben ik helaas niet de enige en is dit blijkbaar de standaard werkwijze van deze winkel. Wrong product received, can happen... Sent this return, however, still waiting for the amount to be refunded. Would take a maximum of 14 days (which I think is ridiculously long anyway when it comes to a mistake by the store), now the 14 days have passed but still my money is not refunded. Judging by other reviews, I am unfortunately not the only one and this is apparently the standard method of this store.

Ce qui me dérange, c'est que Kish.nl annonce partout une livraison le lendemain, mais ça n'est jamais arrivé sur mes deux livraisons. Lorsqu'on est amateur de montres et que l'on achète fréquemment, c'est extrêmement frustrant d'aller vérifier sa boite aux lettres plusieurs fois par jour pour la trouver vide. Good points : - Interesting price - Very responsive customer service Negative point : - Delivery ! I do not recommend this site. What bothers me is that Kish.nl everywhere advertises next day delivery, but that never happened on both of my deliveries. When you are a watch lover and you buy frequently, it is extremely frustrating to check your mailbox several times a day to find it empty.

Toch besloot ik te bestellen met in mijn achterhoofd dat iedereen pas een recensie achterlaat wanneer ze wat te klagen hebben. En ja hoor! Ik bestelde gisteren om 12:10 een horloge en een horlogebox die ik de volgende dag om 1430 ontving. Wat een snelle top service als je het mij vraagt ook nog een hele persoonlijke want ik kreeg er een handgeschreven kaartje bij. Kortom ik ben erg tevreden en zal hier in de toekomst vaker bestellen! To be honest, I had my reservations about ordering from Kish.nl. This is because the reviews were very different... Still, I decided to order, bearing in mind that everyone only leaves a review when they have something to complain about. And yes! I ordered a watch at 12:10 yesterday and a watch box which I received at 1430 the next day. What a fast top service if you ask me, also a very personal one because I received a handwritten card with it. In short, I am very satisfied and will order here more often in the future!

T	Tony Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking, shocking organisation. I've been promised a refund for a watch that was never in stock for one month now, and all I get is more lies about mistakes being made and the refund mistakenly not being processed. Avoid this company - liars!
M	Mark Almighty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have paid for insured and tracked shipment. Never received any tracking ID. After 2 weeks I have asked for the order. They claimed to have sent it and asked me to wait for another week, as if the shipment would magically appear. After 3 weeks they have sent the strap finally with a tracking number and I was able to track the shipment. Unfortunately did the strap not match the watch; I do not say that the description was wrong but I also do not say that it was clearly described. Asked them how the return shipment would work as the whole order took more than 1 (!) month from order till delivery. They said I have to send it back on my cost. Yes, it is mentioned in their shopping guidelines but seriously: IS THIS CUSTOMER ORIENTATION? After more than one month waiting?! I will strongly advise to avoid this company which rests on their past with the 16 years of bla bla. People be aware, better shop with Amazon or some other serious company as this retailer is clearly not worth a thought and doesn't give a damn about their customers.
