★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Ordered an item on 30 dec 2016. Website stated 1-2 days delivery time for the item. on 28th Jan 2017 still nothing is deliverd. On 17 Jan, after asking where the delivery was, Kiwi Electronics made a promise to have it delivered by 20 Jan. Still nothing is deliverd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is nice with friendly employees but since March 2018 they seem to have decided to be closed on Saturday. At first I found out in March only a small appology on the site when looking at the contact sheet, no where else any hint and on the door a leaflet stating closed in March. It’s april now and again little information on the website other than closed in April. On the store a leaflet with closed till June on Saturday basically.
If you don’t want to serve customers in the weekend change the bloody opening schedule to mon till fri weekends closed. This is the second time I arrived to a closed store. Really disappointed in the lack of customer care, I get the newsletter but no news about the sudden closed on Saturday. Time to look for a more customer savvy shop I guess.
Update: In May they were still closed on saturday so no dice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store to get some advice and good quality parts for an Arduino project. Staff was arrogant and seemed unknowledgeable about their own products. They recommended me parts that fit a Grove shield, which I do not have, and a stepper motor and shield that were difficult to connect. Great shop to order online, but I would not recommend to go there for advice or help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some parts, which were send pretty quickly to my home. Though they weren't exactly cheap, the items are reliable. So far so good. Only when I tried to contact the business, they promptly ignored my mail. Only after a follow-up mail I got a reply within a day, to which I replied again. Again, no response.
They sell great stuff, but the support is trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is a bit pricier than most similar stores in the area, although I really like their products. However, they apparently don’t have a real store anymore, only pick up. When I came to ask for tips they had me waiting outside for almost an hour. They ignored my requests for tips about the project and asked me to make an order online, and that it would be ready in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I called, and they said they’d do it right away. I received the order after total 55 minutes of waiting, with no discount or excuses, super arrogant staff and no answers to my questions regarding project.
Definitely not shopping there again.

However, when you need to contact the support desk it seems impossible to reach them. They send my latest package to the wrong address (not sure how that is possible ...). Opened a ticket over 3 weeks ago, no reaction whatsoever until now.
I hope to recipient is happy with my order.
