★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful job. I took my jumpsuit to be shortened at the bottom. It was supposed to be a super easy task just shortening the pant slightly at the bottom. I made sure to emphasize that I did not want too much taken off. Not only did they shorten way more than the amount measured when I tried in on, but the job was done in a very sloppy way. The pant was not even shortened in an even way. So disappointed. My jumpsuit is ruined.

Because they are quite busy, they have a lot of customers, you'll have to wait till the order has been processed. I noticed, someone called this "slow", but slow is when you have nothing else to do and yet it takes a long time to deliver. Once I had to change the zipper of a jacket. Since it has a particular colour, special efforts were done to get a zipper with a matching colour. It is also an extra longer zipper, working both ways: no extra charges. My first order was done correctly, fairly priced, so I never felt the need to try another tailor.
