★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Powerwalken is een fijne manier om in de buitenlucht met je conditie bezig te zijn. Manon zoekt leuke routes uit en met de oefeningen tussendoor is het zeer afwisselend. Het looptempo wordt langzaam opgevoerd en Manon zorgt ervoor dat ieder op zijn eigen tempo meedoet. Nooit gedacht dat ik zo snel kon wandelen en toch nog gezellig kon praten met de groep!
 Power walking is a great way to work on your fitness in the open air. Manon is looking for nice routes and the exercises in between are very varied. The walking pace is slowly increased and Manon ensures that everyone participates at their own pace. Never thought that I could walk so fast and still have a nice chat with the group!
