3m kneedbare kitstrip zwart 6 mm x 10 mm3m kneedbare kitstrip zwart 6 mm x 10 mm3m 08578 kitstrip zwart is een afdichtingsmateriaal van zacht butylrubber waarmee allerlei naden, voegen en openingen snel en permanent kunnen worden afgedicht. Daardoor is het uitermate geschikt voor het sneller onderhouden en repareren van carrosserieën, met een langdurig effect. Dankzij de duurzame butylrubberen samenstelling en de flexibele eigenschappen is de kitstrip ideaal voor het opvullen van onzichtbare voegen, naden, holten en kieren bij auto's. Deze naadafdichting wordt kant-en-klaar geleverd en kan zonder mengen, spuiten of gereedschap met de duim worden aangebracht. Na aanbrengen met de duim kan het materiaal met de vinger worden gladgestreken. Dit materiaal is zeer hittebestendig waardoor het ook geschikt is voor andere toepassingen, zoals het dichten van naden in het motorcompartiment en brandschermen. Het hardt nooit uit en worden nooit bros. Naden blijven dus glad en kieren blijven gevuld. Het krimpt niet waardoor het uitstekend geschikt is voor het afdichten van boorgaten en buiten houden van geluid en vocht.

On 4-Feb, I ordered the products which cost more than 7100 euros in total on their webshop. There are 3 different orders, because I ordered more after I got the email to confirm that they would deliver the goods immediately for the first order. The expected delivery date for all the 3 orders was 6-Feb or 7-Feb.
On 7-Feb, I received an email that they could not deliver the goods, so I asked to cancel all the orders. No reply was received. On 10-Feb, I asked to cancel my orders again, and they made credit invoices this time and said I would receive the refund within 10 working days.
On 10-Feb, I received the email that they would deliver the goods on 10-Feb.
On 15-Feb, they sent me credit invoices with another company name DHZdiscount.nl, but still no refund.
After that, I contacted them via email on: 18-Feb, 23-Feb, 24-Feb, 13-Mar, 17-Mar, 18-Mar, 19-Mar, 20-Mar.
I called them on 4-Feb, 11-Feb, 26-Feb, 10-Mar, 19-Mar.
I chatted with them many time via their web shop live chat at least 10 times.
However, until today, 14-Apr, I still have not gotten any money back!
Every time the same woman of the customer services repeated the same thing: we will arrange it the refund as soon as possible... we are super busy because we have more than 1000 credit invoices to pay... I will tell my boss... You will get it next week...
HOWEVER, NOTHING HAPPENED!!!
Right now they are not reachable by telephone any more.
This morning, I went to the police office. The policewoman chatted with them online and asked them to call us back. But they simply refused.
There is more than 7100 euros, it took almost 2.5 months already, still NO GOODS & NO REFUND! It is unacceptable!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. I was waiting 1.5 month to receive my order. In a mean time I was trying to contact the team to check on the status of my order - impossible to reach - no response to emails and they did not pick up the calls. In the end I asked them to cancel my order as I decided to purchase the product somewhere else. They didn't do so, early this week I received the order. Still waiting on the reaction from the customer service to return the items and get my money back - most likely they will not respond. AVOID this company!!
