G	Gerard Vos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ingeschreven voor een woning in Culemborg. Ben daar geweest en toen al aangegeven dat ik de woning wilde betrekken. Heb de volgende dag persoonlijk gebeld met diegene die belast was met deze verhuur en aan haar duidelijk aangegeven dat ik deze woning graag wilde gaan bewonen. Dezelfde dag heb ik schriftelijk alle relvante stukken per post aangeleverd. Na nieys te hebben vernomen zelf gebeld en een dag later gehoord dat ik mijn interesse niet kenbaar had gemaakt omdat ik het rondje ja op de computer niet had aangeklikt. Nu is wettelijk een mondelinge afspraak(die fuidelijk twee maal is gegeven) meer dan geldig. Toch is de woning aan anderen toegewezen en je raad het wel ook de post was niet te vinden. Ik vindt dat beangstigend slordig en dupeert mij in dit geval ernstig. Ga hier juridisch actie op ondernemen. Had registered for a house in Culemborg. Daarbij verschuilen ze zich achter de overheid 'die elk jaar de regels verandert.' En het zogeheten puntensysteem maar als een huis in principe hetzelfde is, is ook de puntenscore uiteraard hetzelfde. Only about money. Meermaals melding gemaakt van geluidsoverlast door de boven buurman, welke zijn woning gebruikt als werkplaats voor het slopen van oudmetaal. Tot heden geen enkele actie ondernomen. Ze moeten zich schamen dat ze zo met mensen die het salaris binnenbrengen van Kleurrijk wonen om gaan Bad communication with tenants. Very difficult to reach by phone and email. They should be ashamed that they treat people who bring in the salary of Colorful Living

KW weigert om ook maar iets te doen. Hunted from home for 10 years by KW tenants who have been terrorizing the neighborhood day and night for months with souped-up scooters and a car with a sound pipe. KW refuses to do anything.

Deze kosten zullen worden opgenomen in de kale huurprijs waardoor deze kosten jaarlijks worden geïndexeerd/verhoogd. Tevens zal de kale huur incl. deze kosten worden meegenomen in de eventuele volgende huurovereenkomst en laat daar nu net geen zonnepanelen op kunnen/mogen dan blijven deze kosten wel gehandhaafd? Dit is onze ervaring. Gezien uw onderstaande reactie is nog niet duidelijk waar de schoen wringt blijkbaar. Helaas zijn de kosten van de zonnepanelen opgenomen in de kale huurprijs en deze kale huurprijs is inmiddels overgenomen in het nieuwe huurcontract van de nieuwe woning waarbij geen zonnepanelen zijn voorzien.
