Zowel vooraf als tijdens ben ik niet geïnformeerd over de kosten, ondanks ik daar wel naar heb gevraagd. Na de intake heb ik besloten dat het traject niet bij mijn situatie past en ben ik hetzelfde traject bij een andere therapeut gestart. Aantal weken verder heb ik een rekening gekregen van €230,- waarvan €90,- structureel niet vergoed wordt. Reken maar uit wat als ik dit traject wel had doorgezet met de intensiteit afspraken... Voor ditzelfde geld kan ik via de andere therapeut een heleboel afspraken betalen, inplaats van slechts 2. I have submitted a complaint that has not been mentioned. I only had an intake interview. m	m r on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte onderlinge communicatie, willen weinig zeggen over huidige toestand en luisteren zeer slecht naar familie van patiënt en patiënt zelf. De eerste keer niet tijdig communiceren met het ziekenhuis hem eerst laten aanmodderen en uitdrogen totdat wij er iets van zeiden. Meerdere malen heeft me vriendin aangegeven dat mijn schoonvader nog niet goed hersteld is, en zelf slechter gaat dan eerst. Dat hij niet voor zichzelf kan zorgen toch is hij naar huis gestuurd. Na paar uur thuis geweest te zijn is hij opgehaald door de ambulance want hij kon echt niks. Na het ziekenhuis bezoek in Zwolle zagen ze ook meteen in 1 oogopslag dat het niet goed is. En waren zeer verbaast dat klimmendaal niet meteen gehandeld heeft. Het blijkt dat die waarschijnlijk al de hele week de heup uit de kom heeft. Dit zou een revalidatie centrum natuurlijk gemerkt moeten hebben. Hierover zouden ze contact met familie moeten zoeken. Nu kan het wezen dat hij blijvend invalide is omdat ze niet gecommuniceerd hebben. Heb in het verleden organisatiekunde gestudeerd en daar leerde ik over gestalt een Duitse term voor ideale organisatie. De defenitie van gestalt is het geheel is meer dan de som der delen. Dat ervaarde ik bij jullie in alle aanwezige disciplines zowel bij artsen verpleging keukenpersoneel therapeuten onderhoudspersoneel een zeer professionele aanpak. Goede communicatie en directe aanpak. En wil jullie hiervoor bedanken. Het heeft mij goed geholpen ga vrijdag as voorzichtig onder supervisie weer aan het werk. Het geheel dank u. What I do know is that my family has been waiting for some sort of communication to schedule a time for observation for 2 months, and today I looked through my mail to see that they scheduled a therapy session for him without contacting me. Not only is it out of nowhere, but it is during his nap time. (Kind of hard to teach a 2 year old while they're supposed to be sleeping). And I've received two letters about charging me or the government for "the treatment he's already recieving/received." I'm thoroughly disgusted with this greedy, uncaring, inconsiderate company.
