Je moet er een afspraak voor maken en de showroom is niet heel groot, maar dat is niet gek voor iets wat voornamelijk een webshop is. Wel supergoed en zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Went by today to purchase a new climbing harness. You have to make an appointment for it and the showroom is not very big, but that is not bad for something that is mainly a webshop. Very good and very friendly help.

Bleek dat ze normaal op afspraak werken, die hadden wij niet, maar gelukkig was dit geen probleem. We zijn heel goed geholpen en kregen duidelijk antwoord op al onze vragen. De verkoopster wist duidelijk waar ze het over had en dat wekte veel vertrouwen. Wij zijn heel wat wijzer geworden en klimwinkel.nl zal binnenkort onze eerste bestelling mogen verwachten! We wanted some info about via ferrata equipment. So drove here today. It turned out that they normally work by appointment, we didn't have that, but luckily this was no problem. We were very well helped and received clear answers to all our questions. The saleswoman clearly knew what she was talking about and that inspired a lot of confidence. We have become a lot wiser and klimwinkel.nl will soon be able to expect our first order!

Materiaal aanwezig om te passen en nog veel meer te verkrijgen online. Went to the store in Oosterhout today for advice about my first via ferrata set. We have been super helped with honest advice. Equipment available to try on and much more available online.

The rest of the order it's been three and a half months and it's still nowhere to be seen, nor is there a delivery date. Also I received two updates on new delivery dates from when I ordered until now and both deadlines have been missed. I understand that there can be delays in delivery due to the epidemic but this is just ridiculous and poor customer service. Sadly I won't be ordering from here again.

After you pay for something they send you info few days later that item isn't available do you wont something else, so you will needed to cancel item or accept something else, after I decided that new item is ok instead of original one, they send me wrong item. Now they want to send them back that item and they will send correct one, this requires me to goes to the post office and wait another 15 - 20 days for same item that I didn't want in first place.
