★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kom hier wel eens voor het tech café, vriendelijke mensen en denken mee, mits je dus echt langs komt. Gebouw zelf ziet er wel outdated uit, van binnen ook.
 Come here for the tech cafe, friendly people and think along, so you really come along. Building itself looks outdated, inside as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het gebouw is al bijna 50 jaar oud, dit zie je terug in de bouw vorm, zelf werk ik daar 11 jaar daarvoor 32 op Schiphol centrum
The building is almost 50 years old, you can see this in the construction form, I myself work there 11 years earlier 32 at Schiphol center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed by KLM. I've been flying regularly between London and Amsterdam for the past couple of months and I can hardly remember the last time my flight wasn't delayed. And we can't blame weather or "force major" for the delays. The joke among frequent travelers this morning " the 7.45am is turning into the 8.40am flight which is usually canceled" - sad but true! I had a different perception about KLM but I guess things have gone downhill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot review upon the airlines flight experience, as we never flown with them.
However what I can comment on is their customers service at the Schidpol Airport.
We weren't able to make our flight on time, due to extensive traffic in Amsterdam. When we reached the airport we were told to visit the KLM information centre near the bag drop off.
Already very stressed out, as anyone would be - the last thing I needed was the rude and accusatory responses from the KLM staff.
We were aware that we missed the flight, what we needed was just information to help us find our way around the airport, not another negative experience.
