B	Bemmie Berkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag toch maar weer eens naar binnen gegaan en weer word ik nadat ik met een "Hallo" de winkel stap, niet begroet door het personeel terwijl er maar één klant binnen was. Ook tijdens het passen van verschillende sneakers ben ik geen enkele keer benaderd. Prima als je je klanten met rust laat, maar ik zou verwachten dat na een kwartier je wel even de klant vraagt of het allemaal lukt. Zo onoverzichtelijk is de winkel niet. Ik ben toen maar gegaan en ook tijdens het verlaten geen kick van het drieman personeel. Leuke collectie, maar ik kom hier niet meer. Blijkbaar ben ik niet hip genoeg ofzo. Today I went in again and again after I enter the store with a "Hello", I am not greeted by the staff while only one customer was inside. Neither have I been approached during the fitting of different sneakers. Fine if you leave your customers alone, but I would expect that after fifteen minutes you will ask the customer if it all works out. The store is not that confusing. I then went and also during the exit no thrills from the three-man staff. Nice collection, but I don't come here anymore. Apparently I'm not hip enough or something.

Ik heb afgelopen jaar een paar Red Wings bij ze gekocht op B(l)ack Friday, waarbij ze 20% van de verkoop van die dag doneren aan een goed doel in plaats van korting geven (Wereld Natuur Fonds). Dit was de reden voor mij om de schoenen bij hen aan te schaffen. Echter begon de zool van de schoenen los te laten. Ze hebben er toen echt alles aan gedaan (veel meer dan ze eigenlijk zouden moeten doen) om dit goed op te lossen. Ik ben echt super blij en kom zeker weer terug als ik in Haarlem ben! Dank team Kloffie! Kloffie sells super nice clothes and their customer service is amazing! I bought a few Red Wings from them last year on B (l) ack Friday, where they donate 20% of the sale of that day to a charity instead of giving a discount (World Wildlife Fund). This was the reason for me to purchase the shoes from them. However, the sole of the shoes started to let go. They really did everything at the time (much more than they should do) to resolve this properly. I am really happy and will definitely be back when I am in Haarlem! Thanks team Kloffie!
