Sinds het begin van dit jaar zijn EarthY, ABC Vastgoed en Plegt-Vos de nieuwe eigenaren van het Eemklooster. Deze initiatiefnemers willen weer een nieuwe betekenis geven aan deze bijzondere plek. Een plek met rijke historie, waar oud en nieuw samenkomt. EarthY, ABC Vastgoed en Plegt-Vos willen het monumentale kloostercomplex revitaliseren tot een toekomstbestendig monument, welke verbonden is met de omgeving en de stad Amersfoort. Een levendige plek waar verschillende functies samenkomen en elkaar ondersteunen, zoals (zorg)wonen, werken, recreëren en leren. Op dit moment wordt deze levendigheid al ingevuld door verschillende bedrijven en maatschappelijke voorzieningen, zoals partijen gespecialiseerd in erfgoed, kinderdagverblijven, zorgorganisaties en educatieve instellingen. Echter staan ook grote delen van het Klooster nog leeg.

G	Gert Bras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een soort bedrijfsverzamelgebouw maar wel met heel irritante autodrempels. Ze zijn kort en hoog en aantoonbaar slecht voor voertuig en vering. Dat maakt die drempels goedkoop doch slecht. Daarmee heeft deze locatie meteen een oordeel over zichzelf en hoe zij met gasten wil omgaan. Mijn indruk is dan dat het bruikbare ruimtes zijn met een eigen sfeer maar beslist gast-onvriendelijk... It is a kind of multi-company building, but with very annoying car thresholds. They are short and tall and demonstrably bad for the vehicle and suspension. That makes those thresholds cheap but bad. This location immediately gives an opinion about itself and how it wants to treat guests. My impression is that they are usable spaces with their own atmosphere, but definitely guest-unfriendly ...

Here is a nice big monastery and a calming green spacious place around it. There the grass is smooth and you have a ditch with fish and a fountain.

Dit om te vragen wat zouden we kunnen doen met het pand. Het pand heeft een grote historische waarde. Zo sliep paus Johannes Paulus de 2e er in 1985. De ramen en de ruimtes zijn zeer mooi om te bekijken. Zeker de korte wandeling waard. Wil je meer wandelen. Kan je de poort uitlopen en het bos in aan de overzijde van de weg. Beautiful place. the monastery is fully illuminated in various colors until 11 January. This to ask what could we do with the property. The property has a great historical value. This is how Pope John Paul II slept there in 1985. The windows and the rooms are very beautiful to look at. Well worth the short walk. Do you want to walk more. You can walk out of the gate and into the forest on the other side of the road.

This location in Amersfoort is perfect for a wedding reportage. Beautiful building but especially the gardens around it are very beautiful.
