D	David Hoyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een bezoek aan de abdij van Rolduc is zeker de moeite waard, ondanks een uitermate teleurstellende brasserie: zelden zo weinig gastvrijheid ervaren als daar. Deze prachtige abdij verdient beter. A visit to the abbey of Rolduc is definitely worth it, despite an extremely disappointing brasserie: rarely experienced so little hospitality as there. This beautiful abbey deserves better.

Een tussengerecht berg droge spaghetti met 4 gefrituurde garnalen voor 18 euro. Entrecote die niet te kauwen was, want was een riblap die was gebakken. Wel 26 euro. Na te hebben aangegeven dat het eten niet lekker was een ober die gewoon ronduit beledigd was. Een fles water besteld die wordt gedeeld met andere tafels waar je voor een hele fles betaalt. Al weet niemand hoeveel. Schandalig wat daar nu gebeurt. 277 euro voor 4 personen! Geen rekening gezien omdat de computer het toen niet deed. Wat een oplichterij. Na vele jaren laatste keer gegeten bij rolduc. Zonde So many times delicious eaten, but after the reopening it is very bad. The food is just literally inedible. A mountain of dry spaghetti with 4 fried shrimps for 18 euros. Sirloin steak that could not be chewed as was a rib steak that had been fried. Well 26 euros. After stating that the food was not tasty a waiter who was just downright insulted. Ordered a bottle of water which is shared with other tables where you pay for a whole bottle. Although no one knows how much. It's outrageous what's happening there. 277 euros for 4 people! Didn't see a bill because the computer didn't work then. What a scam. Had dinner at rolduc last time after many years. Sin

Gezellig kader. Very nice food. Every course of the menu was tasty. Sometimes small portions depending on which menu you choose. Very friendly service. Cozy setting.

R	Raoul Bung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Brasserie in historischem Gemäuer. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und leckeres Abtei-Bier. Der Kuchen sah sehr lecker aus und zum Kaffee werden Pralinen gereicht. Komme gerne wieder. Im Sommer ist im Innenhof der Abtei auch eine Terasse die zum verweilen einlädt. Very beautiful and tastefully furnished brasserie in historic walls. Very friendly service and delicious abbey beer. The cake looked delicious and chocolates are served with the coffee. I'd love to come back. In summer there is also a terrace in the courtyard of the abbey that invites you to linger.

Perhaps if you order a la carte it is better (the photos on Google looked nothing like the food we were served), so that might be the issue. Would not reccomend to go here and would not do this via an pre-arrangement menu again.
