We cancelled the service the day before but the handyman still showed up and insisted that the service had not been cancelled and we had to pay anyway.Very deceiving.The man insisted that it was the fault of the company and the way they work that they hadn"t cancelled the appointment, but they still charged 143 euro, with very intimidating and aggresive attitude .So after the man left we discovered some screws were put in wrong and the base keep falling off, so had to take out screws ourselves to put them correctly .Will never use them again. , they are rip off, Be careful! 143 euro for rubbish.

I made an appointment for two wall lamps to be installed (including setting a junction box in the wall), and to repair a table lamp. At the first appointment, the electrician did not have the necessary equipment. At the second appointment, he still did not have the necessary equipment, but returned the table lamp (which has been 'repaired', but is unusable). I've now paid almost two hundred euro, with nothing to show for it. This has been an expensive joke.

This company is an outright scam. It is amazing that something like this can exist in the Netherlands. Edit to mention that they are paying people to give them 5 star reviews. Just check out the imbalance of people who gave their amazing first and only review to Klusup.

Shocking company, avoid at all cost. Handyman didn't finish the job and insisted that he gets paid in full. Now after 10 months we are still waiting for them to return. If Klusup returns your email they are just saying to contact the handyman and the handyman ignore you.

I have just used Klusup to assemble one big ikea wardrobe. The guy arrived alone (it was a big wardrobe) and did not start until almost one hour later as he waited for another colleague. This hour has been invoiced...and added to the already pricy service (I had to pay for both workers, of course) and od course I had to pay in order for the man to leave. I would offer more closed in advance services so that there are not ugly surprises. And on top of the price they were leaving all the packages, asking 75 (!!) EUR for the service of throwing away stuff. The wardrobe was assembled correctly (took them almost 6h... it better was!). In summary, high price (luxe service price) for a not luxury service.

Terrible Service. We hired a handymen to install a shower cabine. The installation was terrible, the glass wall was damage. I was charged for materials that were not bought, and no invoice for it was sent. I raised a warranty request to solve the issues, and was charged for that too, even being said that no costs are associated to a warranty request. Plus, I was asked to pay the first invoice before raising the request, and that they will hold the money before paying the handyman, so if I had more complaints i could request a refund. After a second visit, the handyman did not fixed and said: I can not fix, find someone who can. I asked for refund, and now Klusup says they can not do anything, this is between me and the handyman.

I had a very bad experience. They focus on payment without checking quality. I had to pay for an hour and half work to change a single switch. The work was not finished. I sent them the photo of a hanging switch which was not finished. Normally, it would take 30 minutes but was charged for an hour and half. No understanding of clients’ concern despite repeated emails and phone calls. I paid 90 percent of the bill to avoid irritation. I do not recommend this company to anyone. There is also a disconnect between the receptionists who are kind and polite and the admin stafff who do not care about your concern. Ended up paying 80 + Euro for unfinished small job. I send them an email informing that I paid to avoid unnecessary engagement with them but didn’t even get a reply.
