Vanuit richting sappemeer staat een file matrix bord, deze staat niet altijd aan als er wel een file is, men staat al op de uitvoegstrook stil, dit maakt gevaarlijke situaties omdat het tevens ook een invoegstrook van zuidbroek zelf is. Vanuit richting Noordbroek exact hetzelfde. Als je er niet op verdacht bent dat de brug open is. Mensen minderen al heel vroeg hun snelheid waardoor je bij de eerste viaduct soms een kettingreactie krijgt van op de rem slaande auto's. Of de brug niet open in de spitsuren. Of de brug sneller open. Of de signaleringen verbeteren (kans op file als de brug open is). Of het wachtend verkeer op een eigen rijstrook zetten. In het begin hadden auto's moeite om richting sappemeer ter rijden. Maar dat lijkt nu nog minimaal. Voor de rest een prima knooppunt. Since the renovation only drive on.
