Knops - 9F

After finally receiving the product and finding the tips with best fit to my ears, I have to say they work as promised. I find them very useful in everyday use, reducing background noise in public transportation and so on. Yes, the delivery time was long and you do have to RTFM, but overall, I think I got what I paid for.

I love my Knops; they are intricate part of my sanity! I contacted Knops on how to replace the foam tips and was immediately given easy procedures on how the can be preplaced. Shout out to the Knops team for this fantastic product and commendable customer service!

Received my Knops after a year of waiting which is normal waiting time for a kickstarter product. People are mentioning this is a scam, do not buy, and it’s impossible to get a refund, I just opened and used my knops for about 10-15 mins using and this is my experience. Right Ear fits fine and works properly, unfortunately I’m having difficulty comfortably and properly putting left knop in my left ear, so I don’t feel the full effect of what this product sets out to do, my left knop when I attempt to turn the wheel or whatever you call it actually falls out of my ear, it’s very difficult to use if it won’t even stay on, this is just my experience, others may be having the same issue maybe not, I’m an optimist and hopefully this will set in comfortably. My recommendation would be to buy a noise canceling pair of headphones? not a great first experience

I've been using Knops for a good few months now and I have to say they've become an essential item in my daily life. Being on the autistic spectrum, though I've conquered most difficulties that come with it I've always had a big problem with sound sensitivity and constantly find it hard to focus when there's a lot of background noise. I decided I needed to find something had would cancel that out so I could focus on conversations and take trips to bust shipping centres without getting overwhelmed by the noise. I've tried using regular noise cancelling ear plugs like isolate but they only tend to block 30 decibels for example so if I'm wanting to talk to somebody then I may need to remove them and this is not only impractical but tends to make your ears a little sore after doing it too much. This is where Knops came in, I had searched for adjustable ear plugs one evening to try and find a solution and what came up was a kickstarter for just that. They were stylish too, unlike other ear plugs, so the black and gold pair I bought blended seamlessly in with my gold jewellery and all black outfits. I backed them immediately and while it was a long wait until they were shipped out and patience was necessary, I can still say they were entirely worth the wait and what I paid for them. I've had countless compliments on them, with people asking what the cool looking things in my ears are all the time, but also I've been able to relax in busy environments where I'd normally be incredibly stressed out. Being able to adjust the level of decibels they block is fantastic and means I can wear them when I'm out the whole time at the lowest level and turn them up to block out more sound when things get too loud. All in all, genuinely a life-changing pair of ear plugs for me. I fully recommend buying a pair to try them out as they're unlike any I've tried before. Huge thanks to the guys at Knops, all contact with them has been met with such friendly responses and you have no idea how big a difference you have made to my life. P. S. As mentioned in other reviews a lot of the 1 star reviews are due to the kickstarter issues, when you pledge on kickstarter you shouldn't expect a product like this quickly, you're just kickstarting the process. To develop these and get them out clearly had to take some time and I don't think a lot of the people that pledged on kickstarter understand that.

I love my Knops and couldn't live without them anymore. Working daily in a very noisy environment, I use my Knops at least 3 times a week. Working in hospitality, I need to filter out a lot of loud background noise, while still be able to talk to customers at the same time. Knops does exactly that! The different volume levels are easily adjustable and best of all they are not battery operated, so they work at all times. When I was experiencing issues with my Knops after ultra-frequent use, their helpdesk was very quick to respond to my emails and replaced my Knops free of charge. Five stars!

all the 5 star reviews are fake! company is a rip off! never do kickstarter! If a product is that super duper awesome go get a loan from a bank instead of ripping off the masses! I brought through the web shop 6 months ago, when I first ordered I was told that I would get a tracking number withing 3 months..... I am still waiting...... I asked for a refund a month ago..... I am still waiting! I could have just given my 50 bucks to someone on the street.... but to be had by a company who can't keep a promise is just plain TACKY!!

Please don't buy! I never received my package or a refund. They initially told me they would give me a refund, never did, then stopped replying. Avoid the scam and save your 50$!!! ** edit. Not a scam. After this review they reached out to me again and said they would refund me if I changed my review. I never received my knops. After 3 months of asking, I have finally received a refund. My review is changing from 1 star to 2, since they are not a scam, but I also wouldn't recommend signing yourself up for a 3 month battle to finally get your money back, and to never receive a product

I brought knops and I was impressed with this product. Knops has a unique idea that is executed very well. I use them for concerts and at the airport for work. When I work on projects, the Knops help me block out the noise to work on the task. I recommend if you are the musician or just looking for a way to block out sound around you!
