★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima winkel. Ik werd leuk en vriendelijk geholpen door personeel. Ook cadeau werd ingepakt. Wel iets prijzig, maar tsjah...tis natuurlijk een toeristische plek.
Fine store. Staff was nice and friendly. Gift was also wrapped. Slightly pricey, but of course ... tis a tourist spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een onaangename eigenaar. Je wordt op straat uitgekafferd als je tegen zijn stoep komt, zonder enige rustige aanspraak. Wat is dat voor absurd gedrag? Als dit een manier is om met potentiële klanten om te gaan, die momenteel niet zo talrijk zijn in Volendam, dan verlies je direct enig respect. Zielig hoor. Sla deze winkel voortaan maar over. Voor zijn winkel tig anderen ergens anders. Wellicht ook goedkoper.
Owner is rude and yells immediately if you get near his stone step, even if just to lean. I mean, wth! That’s no way to treat a potential client. And respect goes down the drain immediately. Skip his joint if you prefer to be treated nicely. Client is king seems unforeign here. Carry on.
What an unpleasant owner. You will be banned on the street when you come across his sidewalk, without any quiet claim. What is that absurd behavior? If this is a way to deal with potential customers, who are currently not so numerous in Volendam, you immediately lose some respect. How sad. Skip this store from now on. For his shop, there are many others elsewhere. Perhaps also cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onvriendelijke eigenaar!! Heeft ons beledigd en achterna geschreeuwd toen we de winkel uitliepen. Hij heeft ons dagje Volendam verpest !
Gewoon nietsvermoedende nuchtere Friezen die een dagje uit zijn! Ik hoop dat collega bedrijven van hem dit lezen. We zouden nog een hapje eten daar maar we zijn naar Harlingen gereden en daar iets gegeten. Nee Volendam sorry daar komen wij niet weer :-(
Very unfriendly owner !! Insulted us and yelled after us when we left the store. He ruined our day in Volendam!
Just unsuspecting down to earth Frisians who are out for a day! I hope that fellow companies of his read this. We would have a bite to eat there but we drove to Harlingen and had something to eat there. No Volendam sorry we will not come again :-(
