★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of buying a Koch Product. If you need support there is no help at all. I am unable to get warrenty repair, no contact nothing at all. Actually it is the secound amp as my dealer replaced the first one which was broken too with a new one that last 2 months before it got broken too. Never used them outside my living room did not even move them. These amps are crap and worst of all no support.

I bought the last Koch Studiotone 20 Head available some years ago in a big music store. The manual says it is a "professional State-of-the-Art Class A" amplifier.
The german Koch customer support is neither professional nor Class A.
After about 20 - 30 minutes of playing there comes big noise out of the speaker and then the sound cuts off (also on the recording out). Turn it off, turn it on and the same thing happens. It isn't the tubes.
Sent it to german customer support but they couldn't find the fault. Probably they haven't 30 minutes time per customer.
They cleaned the FX-loop and sent it back to me without having consulted me and of course it still doesn't work.
So if you want professional Class A service you shouldn't buy a Koch amplifier.
