Wij hebben een soundsystem van Harman/Kardon aangeschaft maar werkte niet naar behoren. Tot 2x toe is er een monteur langs geweest en deze kon het probleem niet goed vinden. Zonder moeilijk doen is ons systeem vervangen voor een nieuwe . Deze werkt fantastisch. Bedankt Koeleman Elektro.
Great thing great and great service.
We have purchased a Harman / Kardon sound system, but it did not work properly. Up to 2x a technician has been there and he could not find the problem. Our system has been replaced by a new one without difficulty. This works great. Thank you Koeleman Elektro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen vriendelijke benadering bij telefonische vraag mbt aanschaf afwasmachine inbouw. Zo zou het toch niet moeten gaan lijkt mij. Uitgeweken naar een ander bedrijf en daar keurig en klantvriendelijk geholpen.
Not a friendly approach to telephone questions regarding the purchase of a built-in dishwasher. That's not how it should go I guess. Moved to another company and there was help in a neat and customer-friendly manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did some installation in our house. We could not complain.The guy who came was very helpful. Beside of this it was a bit disappointing that they did call back when we wanted some more installation. We tried twice. Then we gave up. We also bought a floor lamp. They have very nice lamps. Later we bought a hoover from Miele. The salesman was able to compensate the lack of competence with a lot of sense of humor. We also bought an extra wide dust brush which broke after 5 month. The employer told me we broke because of inappropriate use. Well, our cleaning woman came twice a week and she used it in a normal way. He didn't want to exchange the brush. I have to admit that he offered to pay half of the price. But I think a Miete part shouldn't break after a few month. I told him that we bought thinks worth of several thousand Euros and we expect a much better service.
Conclusion. Nice shop with nice product. But bad service. I wouldn´t buy there anything again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an installation at our house. Very amateuristic and made many mistakes. They tried to solve in very amateurish way so we told them to please leave. When we received invoice they overcharged us for several things we didn’t even order. Don’t go here, not to be trusted and not professional. They take advantage of your trust. We’re stuck with the mess they made!!!
