Na levering bleek de rits van een van de koffers defect, mailtje gestuurd en goed geholpen door Amy. Het retourneren was gratis dankzij Bol en binnen enkele dagen zonder extra kosten een nieuw koffer ontvangen. Enkele hobbels in het bestelproces maar keurig geholpen, eind goed al goed! Samsonite Suitcases ordered through Bol.com seller Koffershop.nl, suitcase was not in stock. Nicely communicated and just ordered the suitcase for me. After delivery, the zipper of one of the suitcases turned out to be defective, sent an email and helped a lot by Amy. The return was free thanks to Bol and received a new case within a few days at no extra cost. Some bumps in the ordering process but nicely helped, all's well that ends well!
