★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preise sind ganz gut, bis es regnet und alles durchweicht ist. Es gab keine Plane für den Container und somit zahlt man die Entsorgung für Regenwasser...
Prices are pretty good until it rains and everything is soggy. There was no tarpaulin for the container and so you pay for the disposal of rainwater ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter "Schrotthändler". Man nimmt es hier ganz genau, Abliefern von Schrott, Müll...etc. nur nach Vorlage des Personalausweises. Guter Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter die anpacken. Faire Preise für Schrott oder auch die Entsorgung von Müll.
Very good "scrap dealer". One takes it exactly here, delivering scrap, garbage ... etc. only after presentation of the identity card. Good service, friendly staff who help. Fair prices for scrap or even the disposal of garbage.

Mischschrott gebracht alles geht auf einen Haufen in der Halle und der wird auch sofort beladen zum Weitertransport, da der Schrottpreis in Duisburg hoch.
Und was gibt es 50 Euro weniger als man beim Telefon gesagt hat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, war zum ersten Mal da, ein Mitarbeiter hat mir sogar geholfen den Kofferraum leer zu machen. Sehr hilfsbereit super.
Very nice employees, was there for the first time, one employee even helped me to empty the trunk. Very helpful great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Telefon teilte ich mit Erde entsorgen zu wollen. Wohl mit Wurzeln und hier und da ein wenig Gras. Keine großen, maximal Kieselsteine.
Wenn grob und unrein 25€/t, wenn rein und für Grünschnitt geeignet, dann 18€/t,
Am Platz sagte der Mitarbeiter ich solle zum Grünschnitt. Also entladen und auf der Waage kostete es auf einmal 80€/t. Leider habe ich nichts schriftlich, aber nochmal fahre ich da nicht hin. Das ist einfach unglaublich.
Antwort des Mitarbeiters an der Waage war: „Hat Ihnen das keiner gesagt? Tja..“
Da kann ja fast schon der Eindruck entstehen dass das System hat.
Krönung war dann: „So ist das wenn man keine Ahnung von der Materie hat.“
Unverschämt und einfach das Letzte. Nie wieder!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit der Firma Kohl total zufrieden. Da durch Fehlplanung meinerseits etwas Zeitdruck entstanden ist wurde trotz kurzer Rücksprache der Container noch am selben Tag abgeholt.
Die Abschlussrechnung kam auch zügig und die Preise auf der Rechnung waren wie vorher besprochen.
Kann die Firma Kohl nur empfehlen, gerne wieder.
