★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per toeval kom ik dit bedrijf tegen op Google en zie ik dat ze 1 ster hebben. Gezien mijn persoonlijke ervaring met dit bedrijf vind ik dat raar en kijk even wat die review inhoudt, dat zijn welgeteld 2 hele woorden; 'erg onvriendelijk'.
Bij deze dan mijn review, zwaar over datum aangezien de factuurdatum 28-01-2016 is.
Begin 2016 heb ik onze slaapkamer compleet gestript, er een inloopkast bijgetrokken en alles vanaf de grond af opnieuw opgebouwd. Het enige waar ik niet uit kwam was de installatie van een drievoudige hotelschakeling voor 2 verschillende lichtpunten, zes schakelaars totaal dus. ik had eigenlijk te weinig buizen in de muur verwerkt maar de heren Kok hebben een draadbesparende manier gevonden om alles toch aan te sluiten. Dit heeft de nodige uren gekost, ongetwijfeld meer dan zij hadden begroot. Toen ik de factuur kreeg was dat voor 7 euro minder dan het vooraf afgesproken bedrag.
By chance I come across this company on Google and I see that they have 1 star. Given my personal experience with this company, I find that weird and just look at what that review entails, those are just 2 whole words; "very unfriendly."
Hereby my review, heavy about date since the invoice date is 28-01-2016.
At the beginning of 2016 I completely stripped our bedroom, added a walk-in closet and rebuilt everything from the ground up. The only thing I couldn't figure out was the installation of a triple hotel circuit for 2 different light points, so six switches altogether. I actually had too few pipes in the wall, but Mr Kok have found a wire-saving way to connect everything. This took the necessary hours, undoubtedly more than they had estimated. When I received the invoice, it was 7 euros less than the amount agreed in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible service, he helped us on 2 occasions now. The first time our power cut on the second floor, he came by and fixed it in 1 hour and helped us build our lights in.
The second time, he helped me mount a projector and 3 meter projector screen on my ceiling. We had a great time, working together and he made sure everything was placed correctly and inline with the screen.
I would definitely recommend Kok-Elektra, he is a professional who has an eye for detail and can help you with anything you need, lights, electric, building work...
