They do not answer emails, they do not take care of the problems -not even if they might cause serious risks, they do not care at all for providing a service. It is frustrating to work with them. They are negligent to the maximum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately all the reviews posted on here are true. This morning l had their Technical Manager shouting at me over the phone because l was trying to get an issue solved with repairs. How silly of me to think that it was the responsibility of the property manager to solve property issues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, lack of communication and leave problems unsolved. They initially made up a fictional address for our apartment. I left after having a leak fixed after 2.5 years, but with other leaks still present. Even when the mistake is on their side, especially when it comes to payments, they are very hostile when a simple phone call or response to an email would fix things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible landlords. Everything has been problematic with them, and with a complete lack of communication from their side. The contract will not be respected and you will be left with no options. Avoid at all costs !
