★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the most unprofessional furniture company I had to deal with.
I bought furniture from their Arena boulevard store.
Originally promised to deliver in 4-6 weeks and every time I call when it's delivery time, they say 'It will take 2 weeks more'. Its been 9 weeks now and today when I called I am again told to wait 2-3 weeks more.
Most importantly, the store manager really needs lessons in customer service. He was saying 'blah blah blah' and mocking me on call when I asked him to give me some final date so I can stop calling and following up every 2 weeks.
And, obviously I don't have a choice to cancel my order and get refund of the money.
Please stay away from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unprofessional! I ordered a sofa set for €2000 on the 5th of November from @konfor home rijswik. The owner told me that it will take 8-12 weeks, till today I'm waiting for my sofa and everytime i called them, they talked rudely and gave me the standard answer " you are in the waiting list for today"
I'm very disappointed and that's why i have contacted my lawyer through my insurance,
if anyone else has experience anything related to this, please contact me. They told me that my sofa will be delivered today but i don't believe them and i will definitely file a lawsuit against what i have experienced and i would also like to spread this to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest I’m not the kind of person who leaves bad commentaries, but I’m so disappointed that I have to share it! We ordered our couch in early June with a delivery time of 8-12 weeks and I know we are living in weird times and everything can take a little bit longer. But I was told our couch would come in the end of September and it doesn’t. Afterwards I was told for a hundert percent our couch is coming on the 8th of October, so I called today to ask if this is still on - I mean we’re waiting for 16 weeks now - and the lady on the hotline said she is sorry but our couch is taking a few (!) more weeks!!! So I ask her if she got a similar or a comparable couch so we can switch and she says no. I look up Instagram and see they posted the same couch as our just a little big bigger 4 days ago, so I called again and the same lady who told me there is no couch to switch, tells me now that she can’t see what is in stock! I have to write a dm and ask if I can switch - so I did, I wrote a dm on Instagram and Facebook and an email - no response.
So I’m standing here 16 weeks waiting for this couch and ready to pay more to switch to a bigger couch and they don’t even care!!
So think twice if you order here.
