L	LEF Producties on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bas heeft ons begeleid tijdens een vriendenweekend, een geweldige ervaring die ik iedereen aan kan raden. De bevlogenheid en passie stralen van hem af. Hij geeft ook leuke en handige tips voor in je eigen keuken waardoor de "haute cuisine" ineens een stuk dichterbij komt. De rondleiding door de kruidentuin en zijn biologische moestuin gaven een mooi inzicht in de herkomst en achtergrond van de producten en onderschrijven de passie waarmee Bas zijn gerechten maakt. Fantastisch! Bas guided us during a weekend of friends, a great experience that I can recommend to everyone. The enthusiasm and passion radiate from him. He also gives nice and useful tips for in your own kitchen, so that "haute cuisine" suddenly comes a lot closer. The tour through the herb garden and his organic vegetable garden gave a nice insight into the origin and background of the products and endorse the passion with which Bas makes his dishes. Fantastic!

Zijn bevlogenheid en passie voor zijn vak werkt aanstekelijk en gezamenlijk zijn we tot heerlijke gerechten gekomen. Echt een aanrader! Great experience to attend a cooking workshop at Bas! Een lekker Italiaans 4 gangen diner gemaakt met z'n allen met verse kruiden en fruit uit eigen tuin. Daarne onder het genot van een heerlijk glas italiaanse wijn met kruidenlikeur, in een geweldige ambiance het gemaakte Italiaanse diner opgegeten. Een hele mooie ervaring op een geweldige locatie!! Geweldig!!?? Yesterday had a great bachelor party at Kookstudio "Bastronomie" in Mierlo with Master Chef Bas (Mathieu Basemans). A delicious Italian 4-course dinner, all made with fresh herbs and fruit from the garden. Then, while enjoying a delicious glass of Italian wine with herbal liqueur, the Italian dinner was eaten in a great atmosphere. A very nice experience in a great location !! Great !! ??

Leuke workshop koken inclusief het eten ervan in een heerlijke sfeer. Een echte aanrader! Eten uit eigen tuin, weten hoe je je vis tournedos kan klaarmaken we hadden een fantastische tijd ;) dank jullie wel! What a nice place, nice person who is incredibly knowledgeable about food. The food was fantastic! Nice workshop cooking including eating it in a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended! Food from your own garden, know how to prepare your fish tournedos we had a fantastic time ;) thank you!

Alles is goed en netjes verzorgd, een fijne service. Had a super fun, educational and fun cooking workshop as a team outing! A homely atmosphere was created and the food was delicious! Everything is neat and tidy, great service.

Wij mochten allemaal iets maken,maar Bas had al heel veel voorbereidend werk gedaan. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten en gedronken. Echt n aanrader. We had our staff party at Bas with the cooking workshop, it had been very nice, Bas tells with so much conviction, really nice. We were all allowed to make something, but Bas had already done a lot of preparatory work. We ate and drank deliciously. Really recommended.

Perfecte coördinatie van Chef Bas - En het eten was echt suuper lekker ! A great evening ! - Superb location - With attention to nature - Lots of new insights and lessons - And of course the cooking: the recipe, the level of difficulty and the timing are all perfectly coordinated. Op een prachtige locatie werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Mathieu (Bas ) met een glaasje Cava met eigengemaakte kruidenlikeur. Erg Lekker!! Na een uitgebreide uitleg over de bereiding van het menu en handige snijtechnieken, gingen we zelf aan de slag. Leuk om te zien/horen hoe enthousiast hij vertelt en zijn kennis en ervaring deelt. We hebben en super gezellige avond gehad en heerlijk gegeten. A few weeks ago we attended a cooking workshop with 10 ladies at Kookstudio Bastronomie. At a beautiful location we were warmly welcomed by Mathieu (Bas) with a glass of Cava with homemade herbal liqueur. Very tasty!! After an extensive explanation about the preparation of the menu and handy cutting techniques, we got to work ourselves. Nice to see/hear how enthusiastically he tells and shares his knowledge and experience. We had a very pleasant evening and delicious food.
