Hadden 1 persoon bij de lactose intolerantie had, dit van tevoren gecommuniceerd met Nikki en zij heeft het program hierop aangepast. Wij hebben met z'n allen het zelfde menu gehad en niemand heeft gemerkt dat er voor de lactose iets anders is gebruikt of aangepast. Dit is zeer vakkundig door Nikki gedaan. We hebben een toffe en gezellige avond gehad met fantastische gerechten. Een dikke pluim van ons allen!
Recently did a cooking session with the group of friends here. Had 1 person with lactose intolerance, communicated this in advance with Nikki and she adjusted the program accordingly. We have all had the same menu and no one has noticed that anything else has been used or modified for the lactose. This has been done very skillfully by Nikki. We had a nice and pleasant evening with fantastic dishes. A big compliment from all of us!
