★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongelooflijk 2 en een half uur lang in de rij gestaan voor een nieuwbouwproject de Rietkraag in de Kwakel toen we bijna aan de beurt waren werd ons verteld dat ze niet meer mensen konden helpen en dat we maar naar huis moesten gaan. Zeeeer slecht geregeld geen communicatie terwijl je 2 en een half uur buiten staat te wachten.
Unbelievably stood in line for 2 and a half hours for a new-build project called De Rietkraag in de Kwakel when it was almost our turn we were told that they could no longer help people and that we should go home. Very badly arranged no communication while you wait 2 and a half hours outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I planned view online by email and called the agent right after they posted a new apartment on funda, but they didn't reply email or call back. I had to call them again today, and they said there were too many requests to view the apartment which is reasonable, and from the call the lady told me that they choose people who have a buying agent as a top priority and this is the rule.
I have bought some properties in Netherlands, and this is the first time I heard this rule, this is a unfair, and since I have experience with buying process, why do I need a agent to assist me?? and luckily I don't need to work with this unprofessional makelaar.
