Na twee weken moest ik met mijn fiets van 120 euro al naar de fietsenmaker brengen, omdat het slot er af is gevallen en het voorwiel lawaai begon te maken door slechte wielas (normaal dagelijks gebruik!). Daarnaast is mij toen verteld dan de buitenband binnen een halfjaar vervangen moeten worden. Hoewel ik nog vriendelijk te woord was gestaan in de winkel, ontkent meneer alle mankementen van de fiets en legt de schuld bij mij. Daarnaast wil hij mij in geen mogelijkheid tegemoet komen.
Conclusie: koop een nieuwe fiets of ga voor een tweedehands fiets naar betrouwbare fietsenwinkel!

After two weeks I had to take my bike of 120 euros to the bicycle repair shop, because the lock fell off and the front wheel started to make noise due to bad wheel axle (normal daily use!). In addition, I was then told that the tire must be replaced within six months. Although I was still kindly spoken to in the store, the gentleman denies all defects of the bicycle and puts the blame on me. In addition, he does not want to meet me in any way.
Conclusion: buy a new bicycle or go to a reliable bicycle shop for a second-hand bicycle!
