★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had voor onze dochter een simple dimple besteld via bol.com.
Toen we het pakketje thuis kwam zag ik op de factuur dat het 60.50 koste terwijl het normaal gesproken 8.50 is.
Heb meteen gebeld met bol.com, en aangeven het pakketje retour te sturen.
Dit was niet nodig vertelde bol.com omdat koopspot de prijs zou aanpassen.
Nu zijn we maanden verder hebben ze het bedrag 2 x verhoogd.
Heb nog meerdere malen met bol.com gebeld en die vertelde dat koopspot heel moeilijk deed.
Ik gebeld met koopspot en die gaven aan het bedrag niet te willen aanpassen.
Uiteindelijk kom ik er niet onder uit het bedrag gewoon te betalen anders krijg ik een deurwaarder aan de deur!
Dus mensen wees gewaarschuwd!!!

When we got the package home I saw on the invoice that it cost 60.50 while it is normally 8.50.
Immediately called bol.com, and indicated to return the package.
This was not necessary, said bol.com because buy pot would adjust the price.
Now we are months further, they have increased the amount twice.
I called bol.com several times and they said that buy spot was very difficult.
I called Koopspot and they indicated that they did not want to adjust the amount.
In the end, I cannot avoid simply paying the amount, otherwise I will receive a bailiff at the door!
So folks be warned !!!
