★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woensdag 3 juli bij wout in de winkel (uit Amsterdam)op aanraden van, langsgeweest om mijzelf goed op de fiets te laten zetten. Te veel om op te noemen maar het begon bij de te lange boutjes van mijn schoenplaatjes en correctie plaatjes tussen de schoenplaatjes om de knieën weer recht te zetten.
En zo zijn we anderhalf uur bezig geweest. Maar ik zit nu goed op mijn fiets.
Ik heb, had hoop ik, last van mijn hele linker kant van nek tot voet. Na nu 2 x 2 uur gefietst te hebben voel ik al dat het iets doet en heb veel minder last.

Wednesday 3 July at wout in the store (from Amsterdam) on the recommendation of, stopped by to get myself on the bike. Too many to mention but it started with the too long bolts of my shoe plates and correction plates between the shoe plates to straighten the knees.
And that's how we spent an hour and a half. But I'm on my bike right now.
I have, I hope, had trouble with my entire left side from neck to foot. After having cycled 2 x 2 hours now I already feel that it is doing something and I have a lot less trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb een bike fit gedaan bij Kopwerk in maart. Daarnet nieuwe schoenen gekocht en Wout heeft me even een tune-up gegeven van de fiets positie ivm wissel van pedaalsysteem.
Mooie service!
I did a bike fit at Kopwerk in March. Just bought new shoes and Wout gave me a tune-up of the bike position due to the change of pedal system.
