Er is altijd ruimte voor uitzonderingen waar nodig, en er wordt met iedereen rekening gehouden. Hulp wordt geboden waar nodig en het is een betrouwbare en voorspelbare omgeving ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nog niet 1 ster waard. Hoe onbeschoft is mevrouw Lia daar om mensen zo te woord te staan aan de telefoon als of je een melaatse bent. Respect moet je verdienen . De begeleiding daar krijgt geen respect want ze hebben totaal geen respect voor de mensen die daar worden op gevangen. Rare sancties voor normale dingen. Hier heb ik in elk geval het laatste woord nog niet over gesproken met hun cq de directie.
not yet worth 1 star. How rude Ms Lia is there to speak to people on the phone as if you were a leper. You have to earn respect. The guidance there gets no respect because they have no respect at all for the people who are caught there. Weird penalties for normal things. In any case, I have not yet spoken the last word about this to their or the management.
