Our grandchildren are taking swimming lessons here and the oldest has just got C. All neatly cared for.

do not keep appointments, lose precious things of their clients, offer a nearby sensible person out of the blue to "go for a quick vacation to morocco because you get free tracksuits from adidas", never call back packing rarely on the phone
