S	Saffron P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've always wanted to improve my skincare routine so this shop is heaven-sent <3 there are so many well-known korean skincare favourites to choose from and the prices are definitely affordable. you can even filter out products containing alcohol, parabens, silicones and sulphates which saved me a lot of time. my delivery arrived the day after i ordered and it was beautifully packaged. 10/10 recommended and can't wait to order again! btw found out you can earn member discounts after joining the website :)

J	Jas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Korean-Skincare.nl is still a relatively new Dutch online shop, but they stock quite a few very interesting products, so I decided to try them out and order something. What can I say, I'm very happy with this online store and my overall experience with them! The shipping was extremely fast! I ordered the day before yesterday (21 July) in the late afternoon (around 17:00) and had it in my hands this morning (23 July) around 9:00, thanks to DPD. And the shipping cost is not expensive! I paid € 7.95 to Austria (shipping is free from € 70), which is absolutely fine for the fast delivery! Shipping to Germany is of course a little less - € 5.95 if you order under € 40, and after that it is free. What also surprised me is that although I had only ordered this one iUNIK product, two small samples were still included. I thought it was very, very nice of them to do! I'm definitely not used to that with some other shops, with such a small order value. Their customer service is also super nice, helpful and courteous! They're always open for feedback or product requests, which I think is a big plus. Overall, I am thrilled and will definitely order again from this shop soon!

However, it is March and my items came in a Christmas Box, its not an overly big deal, I just see it as sloppy business. I also received samples but of the products I ordered, again nothing major but details are important. Great range of products but many items out of stock.
