Na 7 dagen de bestelling binnen 4 stokken in een plastic zak gekregen zonder kluit of wortel.
Klachten worden slecht behandeld.
4 trees ordered.
After 7 days the order was received within 4 sticks in a plastic bag without root ball or root.
Complaints are handled poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je wacht al 3 weken op je pakketjes en overigens wordt er geen bevestiging gestuurd dat het pakketje onderweg is of niet. Vervolgens ontvang je maar 1 onderdeel terwijl je er twee hoort te krijgen. E-mail contact en telefonisch contact is ook zeer teleurstellend, ik zal deze website niet aanbevelen.
You have been waiting for your packages for 3 weeks and incidentally, no confirmation is sent that the package is on its way or not. You will then receive only 1 component while you should receive two. Email contact and telephone contact is also very disappointing, I will not recommend this website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acht weken geleden zes stoelen besteld. Na afgesproken datum twee stoelen ontvangen- in een verkeerde kleur. Vier stoelen nooit ontvangen en na vele andere fouten gaat dat ook niet meer gebeuren, want ze hebben de bestelling geannuleerd en het geld teruggestort. Dat laatste is dan het enige goede... Verder geen enkele ster waardig!
Update! Na het annuleren toch nog vier stoelen gekregen... en weer netjes betaald. Ook een verrassing voor kortingisleuk overigens...
Ordered six seats eight weeks ago. Received two chairs after the agreed date - in the wrong color. Never received four chairs and after many other mistakes that is not going to happen again because they canceled the order and refunded the money. The latter is the only good thing ... Otherwise not worthy of a single star!
Update! After canceling still got four seats ... and paid neatly again. Also a surprise for discount is nice by the way ...
