Last Sunday, good help at Koster, nice brands at home that you won't find anywhere else in Alkmaar. Staff has style and have given correct advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coltrui van stone island gekocht. Volgens het was label gewassen met de handwas. Was iets gekrompen, maar verder nog niet te klein. Na de 2e keer wassen weer gekrompen en toen wel te klein. Kan gebeuren met slechtere kwaliteit wol. Gemeld bij Köster, krijg als reactie dat zij het altijd in dr wasmachine doen en ze me niet verder kunnen helpen... jammer, had nog aangegeven of ik de trui langs moest brengen zodat ze er naar konden kijken zonder reactie. Slechte after sales...
Bought a turtleneck sweater from stone island. According to the label, it was hand washed. Was slightly shrunk, but otherwise not too small. After the 2nd wash shrunk again and then too small. Can happen with poorer quality wool. Reported to Köster, got the response that they always put it in the washing machine and they can't help me any further ... pity, had also indicated if I had to bring the sweater so they could look at it without reaction. Bad after sales ...
