“Er wordt gezegd dat spouwmuurisolatie meestal voor oude huizen effectief is, maar voor onze woning uit 2001 was het zeker nodig.

Onze woning bleek weinig, tot zelfs muren die niet waren geïsoleerd. Jullie professionals hebben echt vakwerk geleverd. Geweldige vaklieden die niet alleen weten waar zij het over hebben, maar ook goede adviezen gegeven. Nu al merken wij het verschil. Dus over een weekje zal het nog behaaglijker worden. Wat zal het schelen in stookkosten! We zijn nu al gelukkig ondanks dat de mannen net hun werk hebben afgerond. Een absolute aanrader om je muren bij Koston te laten isoleren.

B	Bert Schifter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goed geholpen. Kennis van zaken, maar dat mag je ook wel verwachten van een bedrijf dat al meer dan 40 jaar dit soort werk doet. Keurige prijs, niet de goedkoopste maar wel de beste materialen. Eindelijk een bedrijf met aandacht voor brandveiligheid en milieu. Ze zijn keurig hun afspraken nagekomen. Het isolatiewerk binnen een dag gedaan door vriendelijke lieden. Effect was direct merkbaar. Helped very well. Knowledgeable, but you can also expect that from a company that has been doing this type of work for over 40 years. Neat price, not the cheapest but the best materials. Finally a company with a focus on fire safety and the environment. They have neatly kept their agreements. The insulation work was done within a day by friendly people. Effect was immediately noticeable.

Communicatie en afstemming voor verbetering vatbaar. Zolder is heerlijk behaaglijk. Update 17-09-2021: Buitengewone aftersales ervaring gehad met Koston. Bedankt voor jullie uitzonderlijke klantgerichte reactie! Project completed well and within schedule. Some ambiguity about some details, but turned out to be a storm in glass water. Communication and coordination can be improved. Attic is wonderfully cozy. Update 17-09-2021: Had an extraordinary aftersales experience with Koston. Thank you for your exceptional customer-oriented response!
V	VvE Jan Gijzenkade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben de spouwmuren van de 24 appartementen van onze VvE laten isoleren door Koston. Alles is prima verlopen. Aardige mensen, duidelijke planning. Geen gekke verrassingen en alles is uiteindelijk netjes opgeleverd. Absoluut geen 'cowboys' die je veel in deze branche ziet en die voor het snelle geld gaan....! Ze zijn misschien iets duurder als andere partijen maar met Koston weet je zeker dat het goed zit. We have had the cavity walls of the 24 apartments of our HOA insulated by Koston. Everything went well. Nice people, clear planning. No crazy surprises and everything was delivered neatly in the end. Definitely not 'cowboys' that you see a lot in this industry and who go for the fast money ....! They may be a bit more expensive than other parties, but with Koston you can be sure that it is all right.
H	Hans Zwennes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag is Glenn van Campenhout op bezoek geweest om te bekijken of na-isolatie van de spouw mogelijk is. De conclusie van hem was dat dit niet mogelijk was. Te weinig ruimte. Voor mij verrassend omdat er eerder al een inspectie geweest was, die zeiden dat er 5 cm ruimte zou zijn. Dat was dus flauwekul en alleen maar uit op mijn geld. Het zou nauwelijks toegevoegde waarde hebben. Koston kan ik dus aanbevelen als een serieus en eerlijk bedrijf. Glenn van Campenhout visited today to see if post-insulation of the cavity is possible. His conclusion was that this was not possible. Too little space. Surprising to me because there had been an inspection before, who said there would be 5 cm of space. That was nonsense and only after my money. It would hardly have any added value. I can therefore recommend Koston as a serious and honest company.

Dacht erg eerlijk mee over mogelijkheden, ook als het gaat om zaken die ze zelf niet leveren, dat geeft mij veel vertrouwen. Number of questions sent by email and returned promptly. Thought very honestly about possibilities, even when it comes to things that they do not deliver themselves, that gives me a lot of confidence.
D	Dreas van Donselaar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let op. Er wordt op de website beweert dat de EPS parels van Koston brandveiliger zouden zijn dan concurrenten. Er wordt echter een standaard genoemd (NEN 6065/6066) die al in 2017 is vervangen (door EN 13501-1). Koston kan geen NEN 6065/6066 certificering overleggen van de HR++ Termoparels (alleen een heel oud certificaat van een eerdere variant). Logisch, want die standaard wordt allang niet meer gebruikt. Er is ook geen EN 13501-1 brandveiligheid certificering van het product. Wel hebben ze een EN 13501-1 certificering van een totaal.ander spouwproduct waar de EPS parels in zijn verwerkt, maar dat zegt niets over de losse spouwmuur vulling. Alle EPS parels.die ik heb gevonden classificeren als E, "zeer brandbaar". Als Koston dat beter kan zou dat fantastisch zijn maar dan kan ik me.niet voorstellen dat ze dat niet netjes certificeren (is ook nog eens goedkoop om te doen). Misschien doet Koston top werk en is het een goed product (daar heb ik geen ervaring mee), maar deze informatie op de website lijkt.in ieder geval onjuist en om die reden hebben wij niet voor Koston gekozen. Ik vind brandveiligheid wel belangrijk maar was.dus op het verkeerde been gezet, dat heeft me veel tijd gekost. Vandaar ook deze review. Pay attention. It is claimed on the website that Koston's EPS pearls are more fireproof than competitors. However, a standard is mentioned (NEN 6065/6066) that has already been replaced in 2017 (by EN 13501-1). Koston cannot provide a NEN 6065/6066 certification of the HR++ Termoparels (only a very old certificate of an earlier variant). Logical, because that standard is no longer used. There is also no EN 13501-1 fire safety certification of the product. They do have an EN 13501-1 certification for a totally different cavity product in which the EPS pearls are incorporated, but that says nothing about the loose cavity wall filling. All EPS beads I've found classify as E, "highly flammable". If Koston can do better that would be fantastic, but then I can't imagine that they don't certify that properly (it's also cheap to do). Maybe Koston does a top job and is a good product (I have no experience with that), but this information on the website seems incorrect in any case and for that reason we did not choose Koston. Fire safety is important to me, but was.so put on the wrong foot, that cost me a lot of time. Hence this review.
