Omdat ik zuchte kwam er commentaar van het personeel met de mededeling ja dan kan je zuchte.
Heb copd dus zwaar met een mondkapje.
Zijn de winkel uitgelopen en waren niet de enige.
Ronduit onbeschoft en onkundig personeel.
Of privegesprekken onder werktijd als het druk is moet normaal zijn.!!!!

Utterly rude and ignorant staff.
Or private conversations during working hours when it's busy should be normal.!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De mevrouw die ons heeft geholpen heeft heel goed haar best gedaan en was nog grappig. Heel fijn dat zo’n klantvriendelijkheid nog steeds bestaat hier in NL. Tevreden met kpn!
Very very helpful and friendly. The lady who helped us did her best and was still funny. Very nice that such customer-friendliness still exists here in NL. Satisfied with KPN!
