★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb mijn nieuw aangekochte mobiele telefoon teruggebracht daar hij niet functioneerde.....het abonnement is toen opgezegd en mijn mobiel teruggezet op pre-paid. Ondanks de opzegging halen ze toch even €45,77 van mijn rekening.....zijnde abonnement €26,62 en eenmalig een bedrag van €30,96 ! dit bedrag heb ik gelijk teruggeboekt...heb geen schriftelijk bewijs gekregen dat het abonnement is opgezegd! Zal dit voorleggen aan de Soc.Raadslieden .......ben 84 en alleen een AOW. De opzegging op schrift heb ik nooit gekregen!
 I returned my newly purchased mobile phone as it did not work ..... the subscription was then canceled and my mobile returned to pre-paid. Despite the cancellation, they still take € 45.77 from my account ..... subscription being € 26.62 and a one-off amount of € 30.96! I immediately refunded this amount ... I did not receive any written proof that the subscription was canceled! Will submit this to the Soc.Raadslieden ....... am 84 and only an AOW. I never got the cancellation in writing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik Ben teleurgesteld over service en verkoopers van kpn Roosendaal. Ik heb overeenkomst getekend voor 2 sim cards met onbeperkt internet , maar deze INTERNET IS WEL BEPERKT tot 5 GB per dag. Ik was ook niet genoeg geïnformeerd over eenmalige activatie kosten van 25€
I am disappointed with the service and vendors of kpn Roosendaal. I have signed an agreement for 2 sim cards with unlimited internet, but this INTERNET IS LIMITED TO 5 GB per day. I was also not informed enough about one-time activation costs of 25 €
