Belt u de klantenservice maar. Daar sta je dan. Lang leve de KPN ( maar niet heus) Het voelt als afgescheept worden. To the KPN because Telfort store is closed with the question: why the doubler is not registered? Couldn't help us !!!! Just call customer service. There you are. Kom je overdag door de weeks, word je meestal gelijk geholpen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en zeer hulpvaardig. Parkeren kan op Q-park aan de Groest. Dan sta je boven de KPN winkel. Very pleasant case in Hilvertshof. You can find a lot of information here yourself via huge interactive screens. Handy if you have to wait your turn. Uiteindelijk naar huis gegaan zonder batterij. Geholpen door vrouwelijke medewerker. Ik zit niet direct te denken aan oplichting. Maar zeer slechte service. Motto: geef klant eerst wat hij wil en daarna wat hij nodig heeft. This week my 92-year-old mother asks to replace the old battery for her Samsung S5 and is advised to take a new phone and subscription and also to convert her TV subscription to kpn. Finally went home without a battery. Assisted by female assistant. I'm not immediately thinking of scams. But very poor service. Motto: first give the customer what he wants and then what he needs.

In de app is echter alleen te zien als je dagbundel bijna op is. Wel krijg Je een SMS, maar die komt in de router, niet in de app, en is niet dus te zien. Ik heb het abonnement direct (binnen de wettelijke 14 dagen) geannuleerd, maar krijg toch een factuur voor € 61,00. Bovendien haalt de snelheid bij lange na niet die van T-mobile.
